GOOD HEALTH
A good health is a concern for all . I t is very much necessary that a man pays more attention to a health as much as his other activities associated with his profession or job.
The basic truth is good health is direct result of good eating habits , a clean mind , and moderate exercise.I repeat an exercise should be moderate and need not be exhausting. Again over slimming , starving the body can be very dangerous to health.Drastic medicines which may succeed in reducing the weight within few days , may have adverse effect on the health. A gradual reduction in weight is what is necessary.
Walking and cycling , are the best exercise which I have successfully implemented to reduce my diabetes from alarming level to almost within bracket levelLabels: GOOD HEALTH
